FireFox And Xmarks and Bookmarks

Hi all,

I have been using sandboxie for sometime and I have always had an issue with running firefox sandboxed and syncing my bookmarks via xmarks. I have seen a few threads on the forum but not solutions or a fix that was easy to understand.

I run firefox sandboxed and other times unsandboxed. My bookmarks are all syn into xmarks. I never have issues with the unsandboxed firefox browser and xmarks. When firefox is sandboxed I have a lot of failures, xmarks just hangs and doesn't sync. If I fresh download it will then sync for a couple of times but eventually same issue.

Any simple solutions on how to fix this? I believe bookmarks and history are stored in 1 file now on firefox. Normally my history from unsanbox and sandboxie are different. All I really want is my bookmarks to sync on both version without issue.

What are your OS, Antivirus, Firefox and Sandboxie versions? Does the issue happen in a new Sandbox?
What is the problems that you are experiencing with your bookmarks, exactly?
