but this is prevented by default or i have to set something regarding access to registry settings?

You don't need to do nothing. But as you get used to using Sandboxie, try to get into the habit of running as restricted as possible. I always try to do that but without giving up ANY usability. You should try to achieve the perfect balance between security and convenience. After a while, achieving this is easy and makes you safer. :)

That's by default, standard SBIE install. Nothing special.
