sandboxie.ini is fixed to Windows or program files dir

I've redirected the container folder to another hard disk. I find it very useful if all settings of the ini file that are related to a sandbox are directly inside the folder of the sandbox like a file called settings.ini. The sandboxie.ini should only have only global settings and the location of the root folder where the sandboxies resides.
Then you have a "portable" installation of a sandbox
