Wine RC version 1.8 supposedly will support SBIE. I haven't heard anything directly..nor have I tested this...yet. As far as I know, they haven't contacted us directly for assistance or support. I did reach out to the Wine Team to see if they had any questions...etc.

Tested SBIE on Wine RC 1.8. While SBIE can be installed, the SBIEDVR is not permitted to run within the emulator. The dev has been notified about this. SBIE will not work.
Tested on UBuntu and Mint 32/64.
