Sandboxie version 1.4 Released

New in this release:

- More robust, hopefully no more system lockups.
- Better separation of running processes, and better identification of those processes that are sandboxed, by displaying a "[#]" sign in their title.
- Some minor fixes to the Control application and generally throughout the entire Sandboxie application.
