Help & FAQ includes many useful information, I wonder if have an independent Help.chm file can be downloaded from SBIE website for offline reference ? Thanks.

There are more than 300+ pages...
Please consider to combine all into one file for user (or registered user) download.
And then user can press F1 key to see the Help file, it will more convenient.
