I believe overlay icons are created and shown through explorer (or other 3rd party file manager). It's not part of the icon, and nothing that I can create as part of a shortcut.

Questions
1. What's the point of "current" option in the drop-down menu of "execute in sandbox"?
I don't have a sandbox called "current" so this option is completely pointless to me.
Is there any way to remove that option from the drop-down menu?


Features request

1. Sandbox folder
It would be great if I can create a shortcut to sandbox folder too

2. Automatically select target folder
If nothing is selected in the target folder the shortcut icon will be created at the desktop.
It will save much time since I always put the shortcuts of the sandboxed programs at the desktop.

3. Automatically create shortcut names
If nothing is typed in the shortcut name a default shortcut name will be created: %SandboxName% %FileName%
It would speed up the process of creating shortcut names.

4. Assign shortcut keys
It would be great if I can assign the shortcut key too when I'm creating the shortcut.

I'm not developing this app any more, as it still does what is required. Take it as it is.

I'd like to ask:

Why this utility tickle my Firewall and asks permission to go ONLINE?

It's VirusTotal free yet such kind of behavior is suspicious for me...

Somewhere someone requested a shortcut maker to link a file to be opened with Start.exe. Well, here it is (I was bored tonight).

EXE will first look for sbie.ini containing the path to Start.exe, if it doesn't find it, it wil prompt you to locate it (and will check to be sure), then write the INI file containing the path in the same directory as the EXE.

Then it checks if you passed it a file via drag-and-drop or the Send To... menu. So yes, you can do both of those things If not, it will prompt you to choose your target file. If the target file is an EXE file, it will use the program icon for the shortcut. If not, it will use the Sandboxie icon for the shortcut (instead of the generic windows icon).

Then you are prompted for a location to save the shortcut, a shortcut name, and then you are given the option to specify a sandbox parameter, ie /box:current.

Voila, shortcut created. Comments and suggestions welcome!!
