XP and Offline installer

I have two questions:

I have a laptop with XP running and dial up internet.

Can I use the current Free Sandboxie on it?

Where can I find an offline installer for the current version of Sandboxie?

All of the installers are off-line installers.
However, if the install finds that your VC Redistributables are not up to date, then the installer will attempt to download them from the Internet - unless you use the combined 32/64 bit installer at:
