Using Sandboxie to test new programs

I now often, but not always, have problems installing programs into Sandboxie; which is my preferred way of checking what a new program does (background downloads etc etc), getting error messages such as

SBIE2203 Failed to communicate with Sandboxie Service: *GUIPROXY_00000001 - msiexec.exe [C0000061]
SBIE2205 Service not implemented: Win32Init.2 (00000000)
SBIE2205 Service not implemented: GdiInit.C0000017

I use a separate sandbox for the purpose without drop-rights enabled.

Any ideas why this may be?

If you provide info regarding what are you trying to install and repro steps, I'll test it.
Have you tried a new Sandbox with default settings?
Also, let us know if you are using any security software.
