[.09] ZapWallPaper Magick not working with beta 4.01

but it does work perfectly with stable 3.76.0.0. I have attached a link to download sorry it is in French but orange download button is marked as such.
When you have a moment would appreciate if you could take a look at it!

Program seems to run but screen shows black.

I thought I would try beta 4.01.07 to see if it solved the problem...but alas the problem remains!

So back to stable 3.76.0.0

Tried 4.01.08 to see if the problem was resolved...unfortunately the problem remains!

I am afraid the problem remains in version 4.01.09 and will remain for some time yet.

In version 3.76 this works only after you enable the setting -

Permit programs to change desktop wallpapers and other system parameters

In version 4.01 this setting is not supported at this time and I don't have immediate plans to add it back.
