SBIE1307 Program cannot access the Internet due to restrictions - Dropbox.exe

I have created a Sandbox where I [1] installed Dropbox, [2] Blocked internet access for all programs, [3] Added Dropbox.exe to the allowed internet access list (Sandboxie changes this to dropbox.exe, not sure if the uppercase is causing the issue).

But when I run Dropbox from the Start Menu, it always throws error "SBIE1307 Program cannot access the Internet due to restrictions - Dropbox.exe" and refuses to connect to the internet. When I right-click on the running process and take a look at Program Settings > View Page 2, Internet Restriction is checked/active.

If I look at the Dropbox application, it shows that it is stuck with "Connecting..."

The only way to get this to work seems to be to allow internet access to all programs, which is undesirable.

Any idea why Dropbox can't connect to the internet even when it's on the allowed list?

Configure--> Edit Configuration
Copy-paste the contents here, highlight them and use the "</>" button to format it.

Oh you know what, I just read the disclaimer in the Restrictions > Internet Access panel. It says that programs installed within the sandbox, when the Block feature is active, will not have internet access even if added to the allowed list. I guess I can't allow Dropbox.exe because I installed it within the sandbox.

I'm using latest version of Sandboxie, just installed it right now. Running latest version of Windows 10 Home.

Look at the note at the bottom of Restrictions > Internet Access:
"When this feature is enabled, programs that are installed (or downloaded) into this sandbox will never be allowed to access the Internet, ..."
