Firefox 55.0.3 wont run in sandbox

Sandboxie 5.20 932 bit)
Firefox 55.0.3 (32 bit)
AVG Internet Security Version 17.6.3029
Malwarebytes 3.2.2

Firefox has suddenly stopped working in sandboxie I get this error message:
"SBIE2303 Could not hook CoGetObject (1)
SBIE2224 Sandboxed program has crashed: firefox.exe [DefaultBox]"

I have uninstalled and reinstalled both Firefox and sandboxie but the problems still remains.
Any help appreciated.

Jimmy888, can you please report here if Firefox loads as normal after the fix - assuming it works. For me the initial first page load time went from reasonably quick to 45seconds.

I've gone back to v16.151.8013 and am hoping turning off auto-updates stops the otherwise forced v17 update. PITA as I'll have to update the virus database manually.
