Hello Craig@InvinceaCraig@Invincea: WE typically don't recommend any A/V software to be run within a sandbox. Most of the time, it causes way too many issues & there are countless free, paid and otherwise A/V plus products. However, a few work & a few we try to work with the make compatible. There are just too many options (and options vary per every computer) to make compatible and not break something else. We try to focus SBIE compatibility on major 3rd party programs (Office suites, 3-4 major Browsers, etc..) but if we see a program that has a LOT of people using it & it's causing an uproar, we of course always look into it.
Thank you for posting above comments. I've always had NIS/NAV/N360 listed with Applications and Compatibility.
So, I've always assumed SBIE focus was toward Norton compatibility.
I've even posted several times about when SBIE focus would include Norton Security not understanding SBIE compatibility criteria eg: major 3rd party programs (Office suites, 3-4 major Browsers, etc..)
SBIE breaking Norton Toolbar is not a deal breaker. And now that I have an appreciation of SBIE compatibility focus and why SBIE breaks Toolbar.
Well, thanks for helping me luv SBIE even more.
