Hello goran2222 ,
I put a Win 10 machine to Hibernate and woke it up to no errors (Chrome was launched inside Sbie).
Was there anything else running? Did you experience any issues, other than receiving the SBIE message?
Please have a look at these:

Re: 5.17 Beta Available (latest version 5.17.6)
UPDATE:
There was a Firefox update (only for 32 bits), and after applying it and recreating the Firefox profile, I was able to get the videos to play Sandboxed (x64 seems to still be problematic).
Can you confirm if this works for you now?

Re: 5.17 Beta Available (latest version 5.17.6)
Hello Ghost18_07,
Have you tried the latest beta? (I moved your post here).
We tested it with Windows 10 FR 15603 and we are able to launch applications, browsers, etc...
Do you have an antivirus installed?
Does the issue follow you to a new Sandbox?
Regards,
Barb.-

Re: 5.17 Beta Available (latest version 5.17.6)
Now I'm not sure if this is a beta issue or a Creators update issue, or both, but the quick recovery window is taking a long time to pop up after a download; even after a 100KB pdf download which should have been effectively instantaneous.
I have no way to isolate further, due to my OS update that it is impractical to roll back.
Sandboxie 5.17.6; Firefox 53.0b9; Windows 1703 build 15063.13. All 64 bit.
