Hello Turboooo,

We do not support Windows Server, nor will we be able to test your company's proprietary software, but here are a few things that might help:

-Are you receiving a message requesting that you double click on it to allow the print job to proceed?
-Please update to the latest version of Sandboxie (5.22).
-Running multiple instances of an application depends on whether that application supports it or not. Sandboxie is not meant to be used in order to bypass software limitations.
-Symantec is currently not supported, try the workarounds listed in this thread [viewtopic.php?f=11&t=24879], or remove Symantec for testing purposes.
- You can also give this a try:

Hi Barb,

1. The error is SBIE2224 Sandboxed program has crashed: splwow64.exe and is not clickable.
2. I update SandBoxie to version 5.22 - still the same error
3. I removed Symantec - still the same error
4. I added OpenFilePath=c:\windows\system32\spool\printers\* to .ini and restart sandboxie - still the same error

Best Regards
Turboooo

Hello Turbooo,

Here's another thread to review:
viewtopic.php?p=119854#p119854

You can try using the Resource Access Monitor to see if there's anything showing up there. Anything related to your proprietary software that might need to be opened or modified.

Here's what you'll need:
https://www.sandboxie.com/ResourceAccessMonitor
https://www.sandboxie.com/ResourceAccessSettings#file

But , as stated before, using multiple versions of an application depends on the application itself, not Sandboxie.

Barb.-
