Switched from Chrome to IE [SOLVED]

What a pain! Chrome stopped working for me in Sandboxie for some reason (would not load). Got tired of trying (and failing) to fix it so I switched to IE, which works at least. Now having a problem with saving new Favorites, passwords, etc. Nothing sticks. I know I have to change some configuration settings but can't remember exactly what. Any help?
