Firefox 52 not saving web pages with Acrobat DC
I am running Windows 7 Pro 64-bit and running Sandboxie ver 5.16 with no problems. Received email saying there was an upgrade version (5.18), installed it and immediately Acrobat DC thereafter failed to save web pages on Firefox ver 52.

Hello Elfin,
If you are printing to PDF, you may need to apply the current workaround as listed here:

If you are still experiencing issues, please provide more information regarding how to reproduce the problem.Changes in 5.17.6
...
There is a FF print to file issue that is still being worked. To workaround this issue, add OpenFilePath=C:\Users\<username>\AppData\LocalLow\Mozilla\temp-*

Re: Firefox 52 not saving web pages with Acrobat DC
I am sorry, I did not make my post clear. When the latest version of Sandboxie is installed (ver 5.18) then even outside Sandboxie and thereafter all attempts to save a PDF from Firefox and regardless of Firefox version, do not work. So the issue is not a using Sandboxie issue, the install somehow corrupts normal operation of the computer.

Hello Elfin,
If you uninstall Sandboxie 5.18 from the computer, does Adobe start working again?
Can you please confirm?
What's the exact error that you see when trying to save a page to PDF?
Also, do other browsers allow you to print to PDF?
Do you have an antivirus software installed?
Are there any extensions in Firefox?
Regards,
Barb.-

I did not uninstall Sandboxie on that first occasion. I restored an Acronis Drive Image reverting to the original install. I will try again to recreate the original conditions and report more fully for you.
