Please update Opera v28 template!

I am unable to save bookmarks from "iffy" sites (Problem Report), and Guest10 then said that Opera templates haven't been updated since v12!

Opera is my favorite browser, and Much faster/less problematic than FF/IE11, so please update!

Though it is kind of an off-topic, but still:
  • do you know that Opera v14+ like all chrome clones is not safe to use?
    They all do not implement SSL-certificate checking properly. As many as 99% of revoked SSL certs are still considered as valid until they expire.
