[.06] Error 0xc000007b when trying to launch 'HandBrake.exe'

Hello dear,

When trying to launch the 'HandBrake.exe' program, the error 0xc000007b is raised.

Windows 7 x64 SP1 (Fresh install) & Sandboxie 4.05.05 (Licensed) & HandBrake 0.9.9 (http://handbrake.fr)

P.S.: With Sandboxie 3.76, it works without any problem.

This is a general problem with .NET programs, but possibly only on 64-bit Windows.

Should be fixed in version 4.05.06.
