The md5 and SHA1 hashes don't match for the combined 32/64 bit download:

Nice spotting. Hopefully that is corrected soon. Not the first time this sort of thing has happened too.

We'll work on fixing the hashes, it seems that we entered them in the wrong line (5.14).
