[.05] nacl.exe/nacl64.exe and lingering programs Chrome

Post by doktornotor » Tue Nov 26, 2013 7:27 am

Can you add nacl.exe + nacl64.exe (the native client loader) to the default Chrome templates? As it is, it prevents sandbox autodelete on closing the sandboxed browser since it keeps lingering forever. (nacl64.exe appears to be used by the LastPass plugin here, but it does not really matter much why it gets launched, the process needs to be killed manually or added to lingering programs manually as it is, or the automated sandbox deletion won't work)

Windows 7/8/8.1 x64
Windows Firewall (behind pfSense router), Avast Free 2014
Sandboxie, AppLocker, EMET 4.1

LastPass is still not working for me using:

Sandboxie 4.07.05
Google Chrome 31.0.1650.63
LastPass 3.0.16
Windows 8.1 64-bit

LastPass shows as being logged in but it doesn't fill in password fields. Clicking the LastPass icon doesn't bring up any options. The extension works OK outside of Sandboxie.

I would guess this is caused by the new use of the anonymous user account in version 4, and might not be fixable. But I will try to take a look at this soon.
