Invincea team

Hi.

It was supossed a team of persons would be giving support to Sandboxie after Invincea bought the software, but I feel like the product used to be better supported when only one person was in charge of the project.

Apart of coding the product, Ronen used to reply in the forum to every thread almost in a daily basis. Now there is a team supporting the product but there are threads being unreplied for days or simply unreplied at all.

I just wanted to share my thoughts and comment I consider the support of the product suffered an impact with the change and that the support could/should be better, at least as good as when only one person was giving it.

We appreciate the feedback, Buster. We think the new 4.12 version is the best Sandboxie yet. And we apologize if we have not been able to meet your expectations for support.

However, I think your nostalgia for the pre-Invincea days may be a bit clouded. I decided to take a look at the 1st full page of the Problem Reports section before Invincea took over just to see how active tzuk actually was in responding to posts. I am posting the results below.

I haven't scanned the most recent page of Problem Reports posts, but I know that I have been responding there more than Ronen did on this page.

I meant Ronen´s support from Sandboxie 3.x and previous versions times. In my opinion Sandboxie 4.x was a step back in comparision with 3.x. In fact there are users still using version 3.76 because 4.x versions do not work well for them.

Something happened with Sandboxie 4.x development. I would say I was banned by Ronen because he got nervous with my questions. I never had any problem with him while he was developing Sandboxie 3.x. Also he passed Sandboxie development after he released version 4.x. Maybe it was just a coincidence...

We could be debating about that but probably would be a waste of time for both us. I just would like to see how issues get resolved faster because Sandboxie used to be coded by just one person and now it is supposed there is a team supporting it.
