Did you check under "Configure" > "Software Compatibility" if there is the needed "[+] Microsoft Office Click-to-Run (registered Sandboxie only)" entry?
And did you enable under "Sandbox Settings" > "Applications" > "Email Reader" the "Office Outlook" entry?

Yes, and for Windows and Office Licensing Services.
And did you enable under "Sandbox Settings" > "Applications" > "Email Reader" the "Office Outlook" entry?
No, but enabling it made no difference, but then I use Thunderbird not Outlook for email. I'm only interested in running Excel and Word email attachments sandboxed.

Ok, one idea left: Did you change the installation path of Sandboxie? (The Template works with "C:\Program Files\Sandboxie\" only.)

YES, YES, YES. I use C:\Program Files\Utils\SandboxieAPMichael wrote:Ok, one idea left: Did you change the installation path of Sandboxie? (The Template works with "C:\Program Files\Sandboxie\" only.)
I changed the entries in templates.ini to
HostInjectDll=c:\Program Files\utils\Sandboxie\SboxHostDll.dll
HostInjectDll64=c:\Program Files\utils\Sandboxie\SboxHostDll.dll
but no joy so far. Perhaps after a reboot.

Great! I'm glad to hear that!
(Maybe they can add a new variable for the installation path of Sandboxie. So there is no need to change the template manually.)

I don't understand the technicalities involved, but Sandboxie must know where it is installed so this seems pretty dumb to me. And why didn't it occur to Invincea staff [rhetorical]
