Opening excel/word document from sandboxed browsers

Hi,

Whenever any Excel/word documents are being opened from the browsers they cannot be opened directly, instead, the office installation begins in the sandbox virtual folder, after the installation is completed in the sandbox, then upon deletion of contents again opening the docs will have the same issue, please let me know how this can be solved?
