It's easily to detect sandboxie while a program is running within isolation.
Just an example:
If malware is informed that it is running within sandboxie, it could stop
to damage the computer and the user thinks that everything is clean.
Once started without sandboxie and bye...

SANDBOXIE DETECTED
Re: SANDBOXIE DETECTED
You dont want to use Sandboxie for telling if a program is clean or not. Thats not the proper way of using Sandboxie. Whoever does or expect Sandboxie to tell if a program is clean or not (like the guy who made the video), doesn't know Sandboxie and doesn't understand Sandboxie. Some malicious programs can tell if they are being run sandboxed, and wont do nothing to fool the fools who use Sandboxe improperly into thinking that the program is clean and can be installed outside the sandbox.MaxChri wrote: ↑Sat Dec 02, 2017 7:29 amIt's easily to detect sandboxie while a program is running within isolation.

Hello MaxChri,
Please have a look at our FAQ to better understand what do we offer:
https://www.sandboxie.com/FrequentlyAskedQuestions
If the Sandbox is keeping malware from writing to the host, then it is doing its job. We do not offer antivirus protection, but an isolated environment where you can run applications without modifying your host.

Barb.-
