[.07] Adobe Reader XI: DDE error
Hi!
You can reproduce the error with following steps:
- Set acrord32.exe as a forced program.
- Double click on a PDF file.
Adobe Reader starts inside Sandboxie and shows the PDF file. Everything works fine!
- Do not close Adobe Reader.
- And double click on another PDF file.
Adobe Reader shows following error message: "Fatal Error - Acrobat failed to send a DDE command."
Is it possible to suppress this error message?
Thanks!
(My system: Windows 7 64bit, Sandboxie 4.04, Adobe Reader 11.0.3)

Yes, I saw that too.
Version 4.05.07 should fix this.

DDE Error
I got Sandy 4.05.07 installed on my system (Win7 64x Intel i5, GForce 9400, 4GB RAM), but this problem persists (SBIE2205 Service not implemented: DDE DATA) while using Opera 12.16 and doing copy text operations (the last useful Opera of the series by the way - I won't upgrade to the "trendy" Chrome-like monster they're developing.)tzuk wrote:Yes, I saw that too.

Thanks for your time.
Anyway Adobe Reader is a security hole for hackers to break into your computer. Why don't you use any other alternative? There are plenty other PDF readers like PDF X-change Viewer. Just a thought.
