SBIE2203 with Sandboxie 4.03.03, Firefox and SEP

Error message:
SBIE2203 Failed to communicate with Sandboxie Service: *GUIPROXY_00000001 - firefox.exe [00000102]

My system and software which might matter:
Windows 7 Enterprise x64
Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1.2015.2015
Sandboxie 4.03.03 64-bit
Firefox 22.0 with extension FoxyProxy Standard 4.1.4

When to happen:
Run Firefox in Sandboxie, try to "Export Bookmarks to HTML", then new window "Export Bookmarks File" pops up but freeze, and then the Sandboxie error keeps prompting.[/b]

In addition, trying to "Open File" (Ctrl+O) will also freeze Firefox at almost all time and get the same error.
